Release of New Features 🙌
On Thursday February 13 we release new features in Vadio. Here is a list of what we have been working on:
Improvements & New Features
🚀 - Google Calendar App: Now available for integration!
- Pricing Update: The Standard plan price is updated on the front end.
- Intercom Messenger: Set up via Google Tag Manager for better support.
Spesific Client Updates:
👥 - User roles tested and deployed. User roles prohibits access to download recordings (This feature needs custom set up, please contact us if you need this feature).
- The screenshot feature now captures everything on the screen.
- Navigate through Meeting History images (screenshots) using left/right arrows.
User Experience Improvements:
🎨- Member role text translated for better clarity.
- Invite popup removed for instant meetings.
- Language settings now update via URL query when redirected from the landing page.
- Clearer role names for super-admin and normal users.
- The desktop meeting settings modal is now properly sized.
- When only one company is connected, users go directly to the dashboard (skipping the selection step).
- Clicking outside the "People" menu/drawer now closes it automatically.
Billing & Subscription Enhancements:
💳 - The sidebar now displays active plan details, trial days remaining, and expiry information.
Performance Tweaks:
⚡ - Copying a link via button click now closes the modal on all devices.
- Calendar always displays, even when no meetings are scheduled.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
🐞Mobile & Video Call Fixes:
📱- Fixed the issue where settings were inaccessible during a video call on mobile.
- Resolved video playback issues in the Safari browser.
- Fixed recording issues and improved reliability.
- The meeting screen header now properly adjusts for mobile view.
- Fixed meeting screen breaking in older (web) Safari versions.
- Addressed responsive issues on iPhone Safari.
- Dropdowns in mobile meeting settings are now accessible.
- Fixed issue where meeting join requests couldn't be accepted/rejected if the "People" menu (drawer) was open.
White-label & UI Enhancements:
🔤- Fixed color issues with the white-label company logo in emails.
- Improved alignment of the schedule meeting error message UI.
- Fixed profile settings issue where the image wasn't updating.
- Resolved tooltip issue: now correctly changes to “Stop Sharing” when screen sharing is active.
- Corrected the success message color for better visibility.
- Adjusted text positioning for guest access requests.
Meeting & Recording Fixes:
🎥 - Fixed screenshot issues causing network errors.
- Improved resource usage when a meeting ends.
- The meeting end page refresh issue before displaying the final content omitted.
- Guests will face a prejoin meeting screen instead of a page with the message of broken meeting link when link invitation has expired.
Accessibility & Scrolling Fixes:
♿ - Fixed scrollbar issue - now works with the mouse scroll wheel in invite suggestions.
- Resolved the issue where the invite modal UI was spilling over.
- Fixed name and button cut-off issues in Calendar.
- Adjusted UI for starting recordings on mobile phones.
- Fixed the "Invited" tag cut-off when adding clients to scheduled meetings.
- Resolved name cut-off issue when using Vadio on mobile view.
